Basically to whiten the teeth specific bleach made for this purpose is used. The carbamide peroxide or the hydrogen is the main component contained by the solution. This solution allows the oxygen’s entry to the enamel to give brighter effect. The maximum time this treatment takes is a month and one has to visit the dentist two to three times to complete the process. Some of the dental treatments also require the application of the bleach at home for a certain period of time during the treatment.
Though most of these treatments are safe but one needs to acquire certain knowledge about them in advance. Checking their effectiveness and the longevity is the most essential task. If a person takes some measure to avoid smoking or consuming of any substance causing staining then the white teeth lasts longer. Otherwise no one can give surety for its duration and effectiveness. Maintaining whiter teeth is the responsibility of the individual at last.
